ABOUT

Kelli McDaniel-Miller heard her calling to serve early in life. She began her career studying to be a nurse but eventually moved into funeral service specializing in grief counseling. Her loving compassion was well suited to that line of work and is still obvious to all who meet her.

In 2006 she married Wesley (he is still amazed at this) and agreed to come on board and work at Miracle-Ear Hearing Centers.

Kelli's desire to help others continues at Miracle-Ear. She works daily to improve the professional hearing care and customer service the company provides to our patients.  In addition to her management duties, Kelli has taken on the operational responsibilities working with vendors and suppliers. She also keeps the company financial records.

Kelli was blessed with four wonderful children who are now grown and enjoy careers in various fields.  Each would tell you that the most important thing they learned from their mother is a strong duty to serve and love all mankind with whatever strengths God gave them.

If you ever want to see a beam of sunshine in a person's eyes, just ask Kelli about her granddaughter.

Wesley has been a practicing hearing aid specialist since 1987. In 1988 he earned hearing aid dispensing licenses in Texas and New Mexico. He moved to New Mexico from San Antonio, Texas in 1991 and opened the Roswell Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid office in its current location.



That same year he earned the important designation BC-HIS. This achievement represented his desire to excel beyond the normal requirements for operating a hearing instrument practice. The designation, BC-HIS (Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences), is earned by completing and passing a highly specialized National Competency Exam which is based on practical knowledge of dispensing and decision-making capability. The designation requires recertification every three years with proof of qualifying continuing education.



Over the years, Wesley has expanded the Miracle-Ear practice to include Eddy, Lea, Roosevelt and Curry counties in addition to the home area of Chaves County. Each community in Southeast New Mexico welcomes him as a specialized member of the hearing health community. He has helped thousands of citizens in S.E. New Mexico with his caring dedication to the best and latest technology and highest quality service.

Wesley believes in the important task of giving back to the communities that have made him successful. He has served on various boards and committees over the years, offering his insight and judgment to causes important to S. E. New Mexico.
